Online Payments

We use PaySchools Central, an online payment platform, to help make managing lunch and fee payments easier for our students’ parents. The portal is easy to set up and use, both online and via the mobile app. To get started, follow the instructions below.

  1. Visit PaySchool Central at www.payschoolscentral.com
  2. Select the “Register” option from the menu. The portal will guide you through the steps to set up your account.
  3. You will be prompted to enter your contact information and a payment method to activate your account.
  4. Once all information is entered, you will receive an email from PaySchools Central with a link to confirm the registration and create your password. Once your password is saved, you can log in and begin using PaySchools Central as often as you’d like.
  5. The first time you log in, you will need to indicate which student(s) to attach to your account using the Add/View student tab. Students are already loaded in the PaySchools Central system. PaySchools Central utilizes the same student ID number used for your lunch purchases. If you are unsure of your student’s ID number, please contact the school/district registrar.

When registering for a PaySchools account, ALL school locations will select "St. Albert the Great-Dayton" as your district.

There is a 3% fee for making a credit card payment on the website.

Manage Lunch Account

Cash or Check Payments

The shift to cashless payment was accelerated during the pandemic, and most schools have chosen to make the change permanently. Payments can be processed through PaySchools Central.

If your school accepts cash or checks, payments can be made in the morning. Payments will not be accepted in the serving line during lunch.

Please check with your school office or Cafeteria Manager for details.

Charging

When students don’t have money to pay for lunch, they can charge up to two meals. After that point, the student will receive a PB&J meal or cheese sandwich meal and will be charged $3.50 when the lunch account is replenished. During the last four weeks of school, students may not charge.
